Two Attorneys at Naples Law Firm Receive the Highest Honor Given by AV Preeminent Rating

John P. Cardillo and William D. Keith of the Naples law firm Cardillo Keith Bonaquist, P.A., have been awarded the 2021 AV Preeminent Rating, which is the highest honor given from the association. The award is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.
Cardillo, who is listed under the Personal Injury Litigation, Trusts and Estates category, is a native of Fort Lee, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts from Furman University in 1964, continued on to West Virginia University for graduate work and subsequently received his JD from the University of South Carolina in 1968.
Keith, who is listed under the Personal Injury Litigation and Insurance Law, is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts with Highest Distinction from Rutgers University at New Brunswick in 1972, he went on to earn his JD from Stetson University College of Law.
Cardillo has been practicing law in Naples since 1972, while Keith has been practicing law since 1976. Cardillo Keith Bonaquist is the longest continuing law firm in Naples.
Throughout their careers, both Keith and Cardillo have been associated with dozens of professional, charitable and social organizations and associations throughout the country, and has been recognized by his peers and other groups for his achievements and humanitarian work numerous times.
Most recently, Cardillo received the 2020 Platinum Compleat Lawyer Award from his alma mater, the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was also reappointed to the Florida Bar Foundation Board of Directors by the Florida Supreme Court to serve an additional three-year term.
